AB Services recently joined forces with the Alinga Consulting to offer a joint package of services – audit and tax, accounting and payroll, and legal, in addition to recruitment and executive search – to both domestic and international companies in Russia. Alinga Managing Partner Chet Bowling and AB Services Managing Director Dan Hill formally combined offices last week. The two companies are excited about their new partnership.
Alinga and AB Services have formed a cooperative professional structure that will enable clients to benefit from the diverse talents of its wider team. The combined management of the two groups offers extensive experience and steady leadership. Mr Bowling founded Alinga in 1999. Originally from the South American country of Guyana, he received his higher education in Russia and an MBA from Kingston University in the UK and has since firmly established himself as a prominent figure in Moscow. Mr Bowling manages a large team, and the practice also includes a law firm – Podolsky Vasiliev & Klein- led by American Daniel Klein.
AB Services is managed by Dan Hill and Lorenz McDougall (from the US and Britain, respectively), both former Big 4 accounting executives with over 20 years living and working in Russia. Messrs Hill and McDougall founded AB Services in 2011 in order to utilize their rich experience in serving the international business community.
Mr Hill has high expectations for the joint venture: «Joining forces allows us to offer an expanded menu of services to both Alinga’s clients and AB Services’ clients. We are looking forward to working closely with Chet and his highly professional team at Alinga! Delivering exceptional service is the key focus at both companies.»
The group is looking forward to serving the wider community and taking advantage of its combined talents to serve companies in Moscow and across the regions of Russia. «It is a pleasure to work with a like-minded company,” said Bowling. “Having an international approach to management that utilizes local talent is the ideal combination.”
