He came to Russia in 1993 while working for PwC and has since spent almost 20 years in leadership positions for both Russian and multinational companies operating in Russia, including 6 years as General Director, Russia and CIS of Intercomp Technologies and 2 years as General Director of International SOS in Moscow.
With his extensive experience in building customer service oriented businesses, Dan founded AB Services in 2011 to provide superior recruitment and executive services to multinational and Russian clients in the Russian market.

Lorenz McDougall Chief Financial OfficerLorenz has worked in Russia since 1988, when he came as a member of the team that established the Russian practice of Ernst & Young. As a partner at Ernst & Young he gained extensive experience in a wide range of audit and consulting projects, including audit partner-in-charge of the first successful Russian IPO on the New York Stock Exchange (Vimpelcom). From 1998 – 2003 he was head of Corporate Finance at Arthur Andersen. He joined the Moscow Office of Intercomp Technologies in 2004 and headed the Russian operations, subsequently becoming Senior Vice President of Finance for Intercomp Global Services.
Lorenz has extensive experience in operations and financial management, including crisis management. He has advised leading companies in Russia on strategy, privatization, finance raising and M&A.

Chris Skirrow Chief Representative, North AmericaAs Chief Representative for the North America market, Chris is the key point of contact for corporations which are establishing or building their operations in the Russian market.
He is responsible for managing relationships and coordination between the AB Services team in Moscow for services to our North American clients.
Chris worked for over 35 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was admitted as an Audit Partner in 1990.
This was focused primarily on Retail and Consumer Products, serving major Russian and Multinational clients and advising companies on inbound investment, public offerings, diagnostic reviews, transition to international standards, controls and governance issues. From 2011 to 2013, he was PwC’s Czech Assurance Practice Leader where he was also responsible for experienced recruitment (Partner/Director) for Central and Eastern Europe and served as the Central and Eastern Europe Ethics and Business Conduct Leader. Chris now divides his time between his home in Canada and Russia where he is an Independent Director of the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology in Moscow.
