Digital Marketing Specialist

Our client — an international construction materials producer — looks for a Trade marketing coordinator.

Tasks:

  • Provide inputs to clear and innovative digital User strategy to serve business results
  • Working closely with Brand, Application and Sales teams to develop digital to drive more sell out
  • Plan and execute Social media, YouTube, Programmatic campaigns with the help of media agency
  • Manage brand web-sites’ updates, promote web-sites via paid/non-paid search
  • Content management – Oversee and ensure accuracy of product, application, technical information on company and partners web-sites and promo pages
  • Content creation, translation, adaptation
  • Constantly update online education and marketing web-sites and promote them across all touchpoints, drive traffic and registrations
  • Execute communicational part of CRM project for B2B partners in close cooperation with the sales team
  • Elaborate digital strategies and support the fulfillment for key partners (customers)
  • Increase engagement in the B2B and B2C via strong social media campaigns, always on content plans or email program, through segmentation and re-targeting techniques
  • Track & Communicate performance against KPIs and propose recommendations to improve results
  • Elevate the digital IQ of the organization through capability building activities
  • Control cross-sell activities on Customers’ sites based
  • Monitor & propose/implement optimization of digital campaigns 
  • Tracking of promo campaigns execution sites
  • Other Digital Projects
  • Managing relations with digital agencies, professional portals, digital departments of key partners

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in digital agency or mixed with client side
  • Marketing, Business, Computer Science or similar relevant Bachelor’s degree;
  • Working on the edge of internal Sales/ Marketing teams, Agency performance team & Customers’ Digital Specialists
  • Digitally savvy and active on social media
  • Proven track record of successful implementation of business driven technologies and multi-channel digital campaigns
  • Proficient and up-to-date knowledge of key social media platforms and best practice
  • Fluent in digital landscape, knowledgeable in wide range of performance instruments
  • Strong ability to actively contribute in technical IT conversations
  • IT literate, across a multiple of devices and software platforms — Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Analytics and any CRM system
  • Entrepreneurial and innovator spirit with a high curiosity for new technology trends
  • Experience of working as part of a team, including working in collaboration with stakeholders
  • English – upper-intermediate or higher
