Distribution Account Manager for CIS

Our client – an international company, producer of surveillance equipment and software – looks for a Distribution Account Manager for CIS countries. Tasks:
  • Account Management of the distributors in the market — act as their main contact daily actively support sales out
  • Annual target setting and continuous follow up (of KPIs linked to those targets)
  • Manage stock levels & stock rotations, credit notes, bonuses, price list issues etc.
  • Plan, implement and follow up distributors marketing activities together with the local marketing function
  • Train distributors on Axis products, value add arguments and on our processes
  • Evaluate and follow-up performance of each distributor, make strategic decisions and act accordingly
  • Be ready to manage changes, whenever they are needed in distribution landscape
  • Work with Axis ecosystems’ partners to create solution inside distribution network
  • Gather all the information for a monthly forecast for the sales in the region
Requirements:
  • B2B sales experience is required, preferably in IT/Tech industry in a partner channel
  • Experience with CRM systems – desirable
  • Fluent communication skills in English (intermediate), both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational skills, being able to handle multiple priorities
  • A driven, pro-active and goal oriented individual with ability to take initiative and drive the development of the accounts
  • Ready for business-trips
