HR Business Partner

Our client – an international IT company – looks for a HR Business Partner for the Russian Branch Tasks:
  • Providing first line advice to all managers and employees across Russia and Armenia on general HR matters as well as more focused high quality, timely and pragmatic advice to mangers on Employee Relations, Performance and Talent Management, Change Management
  • Maintaining consistent knowledge of local HR law to ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements, ensuring that any procedural decisions follow country specific regulations. Accountable for statutory compliance in relation to labor regulations
  • Support monthly payroll, management of the HR systems and reporting on key HR metrics
  • Involvement in recruitment activity as applicable
  • Ownership of all HR programs and activities in the region
  • About 5 years’ of demonstrated business partner/generalist experience in a fast-paced collaborative environment
  • Knowledge of Russian employment law
  • Professional qualification in HR
  • Experience working in a matrix organization
  • Experience in Organizational Development and Change Management
  • Good written & verbal communication skills in English; Comfortable with ambiguity and can communicate and influence across boundaries and levels
  • Experience of working in an organization with a strong culture and work ethic, and ability to promote and maintain such an environment
