Logistics specialist

Our client – an international company, producer of surveillance equipment and software – looks for a Logistics specialist. Tasks:
  • Handle/be main contact for daily customs administration
  • Communicate logistics details with Company’s logistics department in HQ (Sweden)
  • Handle order administration
  • Contact and being available for HQ and customers
  • Together with Customs broker classify all the products for import
  • Preparation of import documentation
  • Report deviations to HQ
  • Keep track and statistics regarding all imports
  • Solve all potential import issues
  • Follow up delivering process
  • Being Company’s contact towards customs broker and Customs Authorities
  • Lead revisions from Customs Authorities if they occur
  • Working as an interface towards operations and financial function in Sweden
  • To be up to date with current legislation regarding Import and Export operations
  • In detail document changes in the logistics process and make sure all documents are up to date
  • Take on tasks assigned by manager
  • Willingness to participate in short term logistics related projects
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role and previous experience in logistics
  • Preferably a university education
  • Very good English and Russian skills (written and spoken)
  • High skills in MS office
  • Critical thinking is important
  • Negotiation and communication skills
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Researcher by nature (facts driven)
  • Service minded (this individual will be in direct contact with our customers)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team oriented and cooperative
