Marketing Coordinator Russia

Our client – an international company, producer of surveillance equipment and software – looks for a Marketing coordinator for Russian office. Tasks: Marketing and Vertical Marketing:
  • Collaborate on the yearly Marketing plan and execute it according to the marketing budget
  • Plan, coordinate (externally and internally) and follow up local trade shows, events, conferences
  • Responsible for planning and managing local advertising campaigns – print, direct marketing and web
  • Owner of the local web sites and newsletters, maintaining it and keeping it up to date. Drive the audience to the web
  • Local execution of industry segment activities in cooperation with Regional Business Development Manager
  • Following up on all activities: invoices according to budget, reporting, statistics, web statistics, ROI analysis
  • Monitoring and reporting of competitive activities on Russian market
Communication and PR:
  • Supporting Regional Communications Specialist with executing the local PR plan and maintaining local press center
  • Develop case studies and manage the local reference database
  • Proof reading of translated & localized material
Sales Coordination and Channel Marketing:
  • Coordinate, administrate and follow up all marketing activities with Distribution and other partners.
  • Drive the Axis Channel Partner Programs communication
  • Drive the Axis Academy events and communication
  • Develop and support local partner activities
  • Responsible for local sales tools (collaterals, gifts, presentations, etc.)
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a marketing role in an international company
  • Formal marketing/management education (Bachelor degree minimum)
  • Foreign working/study experience welcome
  • Experience from IT/Security/B2B Industry
  • Fluent in English / native Russian
  • Experience from B2B marketing with focus on developing a 360 degree marketing plan
  • Events / trade shows management experience
  • Excellent organizational skills, being able to handle multiple priorities, doesn’t not afraid of paper work
  • Good project leader, able to influence and drive other team members
  • Flexible team player, open to changes and willing to communicate
  • Good marketing knowledge
  • Ability to transfer marketing knowledge into sales driving activities
  • Knowledge of the it/security market
