Office Manager

Our client – an international company, producer of surveillance equipment and software – looks for an Office manager. Tasks: Office management and reception
  • Overall responsibility for reception and welcoming guests
  • Supplies (kitchen/ trainings in the office/ reception)
  • Office maintenance, equipment (repair)
  • Passes to the office (cargo elevator, passes for guests and employees)
  • Cleaning arrangement/ supervision
  • Taxi arrangement for guests
  • Processing invoices for approval, closing docs
  • Plants care
  • Deliveries and post (Pony-express, RF post, etc.)
  • Internal events (concept, venue booking)
HR admin
  • 1C 7.8 — 8.2 processing (employment, sick list, vacations)
  • Local personal files and respective docs
  • New employees introduction
  • Labor books
  • Labor safety
  • Time reports
  • Birthday’ gifts and recognition
  • Other initiatives related to HR
Management support
  • General mgmt. support.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • English: upper-intermediate or higher
  • Understanding of HR book keeping would be a plus
