Product manager

Our client – an international company, producer and distributor of building materials, looks for a Product manager for the group of Interior and Decoration works.

Tasks

Develop the strategy for the group of products:

  • defining a competitive portfolio for a segment
  • defining a price
  • indicating long-term directions for the development of the offer
  • designing and coordinating marketing activities for an application segment in Russia
 Research and analysis:
  • monitoring and analysis market trends
  • competitors’ analysis
  • analysis the needs of an end-users
  • providing data, analyses and market information
Sales:
  • approving annual sales plans (quantity, value, margin)
  • providing complete sales support
Marketing communication:
  • designing and coordinating marketing activities for the group of products
  • creating and implementing communication programs in order to build awareness/brand perception and trial (existing and new products)
  Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as a product / brand – manager, preferably with building materials
  • Well-grounded knowledge in the scope of product marketing
  • Strong skills in sales and market data analyses
  • Experience of management of a product offer on many markets
  • Effective budget management
  • Ability to create concepts and marketing communication
  • English: upper-intermediate
