Sales Director (SMART business)

Our client which is multinational company is looking for candidates to Sales Director position. Tasks:
  • Driving initiatives and business to meet the top line revenue
  • Creating valuable and strategic partnerships with requisite industries
  • Liaising with corporates with the view to expand the Alternate Revenues Business
  • Striving for continuous enhancements in the range of services/ products that add value to the visa applicant thereby providing new opportunities for revenue generation & profitability for the company
  • Responsible for P & L of the (SMART) business
  • Analyzing revenue streams and taking corrective action to maximize revenue
  • Negotiation and execution of local deals
  • Preparing budgets & drive cost control exercising & ensuring overall profitability of the business
  • Ensuring execution and successful roll out of (SMART) initiatives
  • Responsible for Inter and Intra-departmental coordination to ensure timely delivery to clients
  • Analyzing reports of Business Intelligence & conduct research on the market scenario, trends
  • Ensuring full integration of quality management processes and their effective deployment on a day-to-day basis
  • Identifying and hiring talent for the new business
  • Managing the team and ensuring their professional development by providing for training to team members
  • Identify training and development needs of team members and manage skills enhancement programs for the team
  • From 8 years of experience in hospitality the industry
  • Strong network across media, & travel industry
  • Hands-on experience in Business Development
  • The experience of people management
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver quality results
  • Strong commitment to providing an excellent client service at all times
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills.
